TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANARE LAB LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from a decision you make on the basis of content on the Website, from any act or omission of a Partner, from any insurance coverage you obtain or fail to obtain, or from any denied claim.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sanare Lab Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use or misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, your submission of false or misleading information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• We do collect technical data, click identifiers and non-identifying Quiz answers
• We share identifiers with advertising platforms and pass campaign identifiers to Partners in the redirect

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that where you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence continue to apply to you.

15.2 Informal Resolution First

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@coveragefinderusa.com with a description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to allow us 30 days to resolve it informally. Most issues are settled at this stage.

15.3 Binding Arbitration — U.S. Users

Class action waiver. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@coveragefinderusa.com with the subject line 'Arbitration Opt-Out' within 30 days of first using the Website, stating your name and the fact that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

15.4 Users Outside the United States

If you are not a U.S. resident, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence entitles you to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or of consumers in the EEA under applicable EU consumer law.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, your use is fraudulent or abusive, you are generating invalid traffic, or we are required to do so by law or a regulator. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10 to 15 — will continue to apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make a material change we will update the 'Last Updated' date above and, where required by law, provide notice on the Website. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Website.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sanare Lab Ltd regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings.

18.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

18.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network or third-party platform services.

These Terms are written in English. If translated, the English version prevails in the event of conflict.
